Mike gave me a quote over the phone for front breaks and an oil change on my F150. After I arrived and had the truck inspected Mike informed me the work would be 50 dollars Less than he quoted. They did my rear breaks a couple min ago and I couldn't be more please. Thanks Mike, Happy customer!

Would rate zero if I could. Don’t take your vehicle here for anything. Had an alignment performed and this “professional shop” left the whole upper control arm lose. The lose arm then wobbled out the hole in the frame making a simple alignment into a major repair. When I brought this to their attention they simply dusted their hands and said wasn’t our problem. Gave me zero options to fix or make it right. Terrible customer service and simply unsafe practices. Speaking to the new shop I’ve been going to the owner says we see their stuff come in all the time. It’s a known issue this place does half ass work.

Telephoned early morning, spoke with Michael. More than pleasant! Customer relations/service is everything! Michael telephoned when my car was ready to be picked up. Genuinely nice guy. I saw him interacting with a customer upon my arrival. Never met him before but had a pretty good feeling he was Michael. I interacted with Brock at checkout. Also, great relations/customer service! It's just before closing, but you'd think it was top of the morning. He was full of energy, compassion and kindness! My car, rides like a gem again. The work they did even corrected a 2nd concern. Thank you, I will return.

Dropped my vehicle off to have (1) Tire pressure sensor replaced, Received a call 3 hours later telling me I need 2 more Tire Sensors due to them stating they are not ok and truck would not go through re learn process. I declined and picked my 2020 Tahoe up and paid for (1) sensor and truck was not re programmed. I got home and used my reprogramming tool from Amazon and truck did not have any issues and is now reprogrammed, They tried selling me parts that did not need to be replaced and did not perform the work they said they did. I found out the Store manager was the one trying to sell me the parts that were not faulty Will not use them again and in the past have purchased 3 sets of tires and a set of Custom wheels from them.
